Our Services

Reliable Air LLC is a licensed HVAC contractor (ROC 330516 · ROC 264944) serving Phoenix and the surrounding Valley. We provide air conditioning repair, heating repair, mini split installation and repair, full system installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency service.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates for new HVAC equipment and system replacement are free and without obligation. Repair visits carry a diagnostic fee, disclosed when scheduling and applied toward an approved repair. Final pricing is explained and approved by you before any work begins. Pricing for any specific job is based on an on-site assessment and may differ from general information on the Website.

Scheduling

Appointment times are provided as arrival windows. We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window, but delays may occur due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any changes.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

These program terms apply when you separately opt in to text messages from Reliable Air LLC. Simply visiting our Website, contacting us, or providing your number does not constitute SMS consent.

Consent to messages

Customer care and marketing are separate consent choices. Neither is a condition of purchase or service. Customer care consent covers estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival and job status updates, invoice reminders, and review requests. Marketing requires separate express written consent and covers seasonal tune-up offers and maintenance plan promotions. We retain records of consent to the applicable program before sending messages.

Our online SMS signup form has separate optional, initially unchecked checkboxes for customer-care texts and marketing texts from Reliable Air LLC. Select either, both, or neither; neither choice is required to request service. Marketing consent includes recurring promotional texts sent using automated technology. We record the mobile number, consent choices, submission time, form source, and disclosure wording and version. Existing leads receive marketing messages only after documented marketing consent. Submitting the SMS signup form records permission; it does not request or confirm an appointment. Use our separate service request form or call us to arrange service. Leaving a box unchecked does not withdraw an earlier opt-in; use STOP or contact us to unsubscribe.

If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive seasonal tune-up offers and maintenance plan promotions.
3. Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service requests and the messaging program you choose.
4. Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
5. Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We also honor STOPALL, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT, and QUIT. After you send an opt-out keyword, we will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, contact us to complete a new consent request for the applicable program.

7. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
