If this is an emergency
For urgent service, do not wait for a form or email reply. Call (602) 570-5290 directly. For a cooling failure or active HVAC water leak, call for service. If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the building immediately, call 911 from outside, and wait for emergency responders to say it is safe to return. For a suspected gas leak or fire, evacuate and contact emergency services from a safe location.

- Any sounds, smells, or error codes you have noticed
- Whether the outdoor fan is spinning
- When the filter was last changed
