The most common repairs — a run capacitor, a contactor, a condensate float switch — typically land between roughly $150 and $450 installed. Motors run higher. A compressor or coil replacement on an older system often costs enough that replacement becomes the better financial decision, and we will say so plainly rather than selling you a repair that does not make sense.
