How much does the maintenance plan cost?
Plans are priced annually and depend on the number of systems in your home. The cost typically runs less than what one minor repair would cost without the plan — and that's before factoring in priority scheduling and member discounts. Call us for current pricing.
When are the maintenance visits scheduled?
Spring visit is March–May, before the summer heat hits. Fall visit is October–November, before any cold snaps. We reach out to schedule each visit so you don't have to remember.
What if my system breaks down between visits?
Members get priority scheduling for any repair, plus discounted parts and labor pricing. You'll get to the front of the line — especially valuable during summer when wait times can stretch days for non-members.
Can I add multiple systems to one plan?
Absolutely. Many Phoenix homes have two systems — one for upstairs, one for downstairs. We can put both under a single plan with a multi-system discount. Same goes for rental properties.
